Set up the Drift keyboard
- Open iOS Settings, then go to General > Keyboard > Keyboards.
- Tap Add New Keyboard and choose Drift.
- Open Drift in the keyboard list and enable Allow Full Access for AI rewriting and translation.
Drift does not appear
Close and reopen the app where you are typing, then switch keyboards using the globe key. If Drift is still missing, remove it from the keyboard list and add it again.
AI rewriting is unavailable
Confirm that AI Processing is enabled in the Drift app, Full Access is enabled in iOS Settings, and your device has an internet connection. Normal typing remains available without AI processing.
Privacy
Drift sends visible message text for processing only after you tap the Drift button. Read the complete Privacy Policy.
